CSI has been an amazing company to work with. We had so many permitting issues (thanks to the HOA for putting the wrong information on our initial permit) but they worked through them with us and with the city. They even went an extra step further and did some additional work because in the end it would not have looked right left undone. For any future concrete or epoxy work, I will only be using CSI. Ed Rivas is the greatest GC I’ve ever worked with.

My neighbor got his garage floor done and shared CSI with me. They came by promptly, worked with my schedule (to allow enough time to move everything out of the garage), and then to get the work done before friends and family come in for a gathering this weekend. Can't wait to put my stuff back as the floor needs to cure for something like 48-72 hours. Also recommend something like the UHAUL pods (I needed at least 2). I would definitely recommend CSI!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing experience with Concrete & Epoxy by CSI. Ed Rivas was incredible to work with from start to finish—super responsive, quick with the estimate, and he even fit us into his schedule sooner than expected.

He followed our design exactly, handled demo quickly and cleanly, and kept us updated every step of the way. Even with a weather delay, he got us poured as soon as he could. Inspections went smoothly, the pricing was great, and the final result is perfect.

Truly 10-star service. I’d recommend Ed and his team to anyone!

Concrete & Epoxy By CSI is the most professional and amazing group of individuals that I’ve ever contracted! These people could not be better! They arrived early and were very professional and courteous. They did everything that I expected and more. The work is impeccable! I’ve never seen such a professional looking job and the customer service is outstanding! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed a high wear, heavy duty concrete floor coating. What’s more, is they went above and beyond my expectations!

Very nice job. We moved into our new home in February and now the neighbors are walking by and complimenting us on the new work we’ve had done. Thanks Eduardo. Job well Done my friend. Ed and his crew were incredibly organized and efficient with the concrete work. While other companies estimated the job would take three days, they completed it in just one. Ed was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, always answering my questions with a smile. Even when unexpected issues came up, he handled them calmly and professionally. I worked with multiple companies so far, but no one was as responsive and detail-oriented as Ed. I highly recommend him and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

We had an incredible experience with CSI. We'd lived in our house 20+ years and had always wanted to upgrade our garage. Ed and the CSI team came out, looked at our space, gave us a very competitive quote and gave us some flexibility for scheduling. We did some garage clean-out and painted before they came in and did the floors. Wow, what a difference.

The team arrived on time, prepped the space as necessary, prepared the surface, applied the flake and then the poly covering in one day. Temps were cool so we were sure to give it plenty of time to drive before we drove on it or started moving things in.

We HIGHLY recommend them for professionalism, quality, responsiveness and value for the money spent. Thank you CSI!

Ed and his team from Concrete Smart Industries recently completed epoxy work on our garage floor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
They were punctual - arriving on time and completing the work within the agreed timeline. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises.
What truly stood out was the exceptional quality of workmanship. Ed and his team were thorough and meticulous, ensuring every detail was handled with care—no shortcuts were taken. They stayed as long as necessary to ensure the job was done to perfection. Ed provided quick and clear responses whenever I reached out, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
We highly recommend Concrete Smart Industries for their professionalism, dedication to quality, and excellent customer service.

These guys were great. I gave them an idea of what I wanted Ed designed a solution better than what I thought of. They kept me aware of the schedule and arrived on time. The important thing to me was my neighbors. The removal and pouring had minimal affect on them. Again, Great Job.
